Darren White

Darren has been involved in Training and Leadership for over fifteen years in such areas as: Maintenance, Electrical, MSHA, Leadership, and Heavy Equipment. He has held roles such as: Heavy Equipment Operator, Equipment Trainer, Safety Trainer, Operations Supervisor, MSHA Instructor, Electrician, Basic Emergency Care Instructor, and Training Coordinator for the Mining and Construction Industries. Darren currently serves on the Sheridan College ITEC advisory board. He and his wife Rebecca have two children. |

Linda Crawford
Instructor
Linda Crawford, MA Ed., has been providing leadership and team buildingtraining, assessments and consultations for industries for 8 plus years.With 10 years experience teaching at the secondary level and 10 yearsworking in administrative positions at the post secondary level, Linda has a wealth of experience from which to draw. She holds severalcertifications including Myers Briggs Administrator and Interpreter, DevelopmentalDimensions International Master Trainer, and Quick Start Facilitator.Her ability to respond to the needs of employers won her the OutstandingIndividual Performance award for the state of Wyoming in the area ofWorkforce Development in 2007. Linda has provided services include hospitals, government agencies, miningcompanies, power companies, and educational institutions. |

Steve Yentes

Steve Yentes' credentials include 20 years experience doing training in a manufacturing setting; trainer certification from the prestigious Crane Institute of America in Orlando, Florida, and trainer certification from the Crosby Group (leading U.S. manufacturer of rigging equipment). Steve, 58, and his wife Dyanne live near Sheridan. |

Chuck Massie
Instructor
Chuck has performed safety training and operated heavy equipment for over fifteen years. From 1985-2000, Chuck worked as a Fire-fighter medic with a career fire department. Responsibilities included emergency response to fires and medical emergencies. He was also the Haz mat Team Instructor. He attended and became knowledgeable with many environmental regulations. It was his duty to interact and communicate with federal and state agencies dealing with OSHA, EPA/ DEQ and DOT issues. Chuck is a qualified General Industry and Construction OSHA instructor.
Responsibilities included assuming command/performing firefighter duties on a variety of emergency situations, as well as supervising and coordinating “spill response“ incidents. As Training Officer, he was responsible for meeting the training needs for city, county and state haz mat teams. This includes coordinating and instructing various training sessions, developing and instructing various safety and emergency response topics. Other responsibilities included developing and instructing safety courses, regulatory compliance issues for area businesses and municipal agencies.
Chuck completes Regulatory compliance training for businesses of all sizes. Chuck also instructs the HAZWOPER training for many state and federal agencies and also private businesses that must have their employees trained and keep their annual refresher in place. Chuck can help companies prevent injuries and become safer work places, comply with federal and state regulations and reduce violations.
