1. All persons attending training sessions MUST be paid in full prior to the start of training classes, unless prior billing arrangements are agreed upon through company accounting departments. All billed invoices not paid in full, after forty-five days of first invoice, will be charged an additional accounting fee.

2. Registered attendees that cancel or do not attend training sessions must give notice seventy-two hours prior to the start date and time of the training session, in order to receive a refund for the booked training session.

3. All certification cards and certificates will be mailed out to attendees no later than three weeks after the training completion. MSHA 5000-23 forms will be filled out at completion of training session.
